How You’ll Make a Difference
The Architect of Operations:You will start by mastering foundational workflows—from estimating to coordination—and translating them into a "Offshore Playbook" of step-by-step SOPs to pave the way for future team scaling.
Precision in Pre-Construction:You will drive project starts by managing bid invitations in Building Connected and performing accurate quantity takeoffs for finishes, drywall, and flooring using Planswift.
The Compliance Gatekeeper:You protect the company’s legal standing by enforcing strict Canadian standards (WSIB, CCDC) and ensuring prompt payment deadlines are met or disputed within legal timeframes via GCPay.
Building the Team:You won’t stay a solo player forever. As the division grows, you will transition into a leadership role where you screen, recruit, and train the next generation of engineers using the processes you built.

Is This You?Licensed & Experienced:You are a Licensed Civil or Structural Engineer who understands that true leadership starts with getting your hands dirty and mastering the groundwork first.
Politely Persistent:You are comfortable with aggressive but professional follow-up. You don't wait for information; you pick up the phone to "chase" subcontractors for late quotes and compliance documents.
The Entrepreneurial Builder:You aren't just looking for a job; you want to build a legacy. You have the mindset to build a division from scratch, document every step, and eventually manage the team you help create.
Tech-Savvy:You have proven mastery of the modern construction tech stack, specifically Planswift/Bluebeam for takeoffs, Procore for management, Building Connected for bidding, and Viewpoint Spectrum for finance.
Your Home Office:You operate with operational discipline during EST hours, maintaining a professional environment with fibre internet and, after probation, a powerful dual-monitor setup suitable for heavy technical work.
