Building the Source of Truth: You will take ownership of Notion dashboards and operational tracking tools. By maintaining impeccable data and project visibility, you ensure that client deliverables never slip through the cracks and that business decisions are always backed by accurate, real-time info.
Driving Project Momentum: From coordinating hiring interviews to managing conference outreach and travel logistics, you serve as the project heartbeat. You’ll keep multiple workstreams moving forward, ensuring every stakeholder knows exactly what comes next.
Ensuring Financial Clarity: You’ll handle light bookkeeping and expense categorization in QuickBooks with "zero-error" precision. By keeping the books clean and categorized, you provide the peace of mind needed to scale the practice confidently.
