- Climb the Ladder:If a Desk Adjuster stalls, you don't wait. You escalate the file to their Supervisor or the Insurance Agent to get movement.
- Close the Loop:You manage the file until the final check is cut and the project is fully funded.
Requirements
- Resilience:You are comfortable with conflict. You remain professional and cool-headed even when the person on the other end is being difficult.
- Agility:You can switch strategies mid-conversation. If "Strategy A" isn't working, you pivot to "Strategy B."
- Sales/Collections DNA:You treat every claim like a deal that needs to be closed. You follow up relentlessly.
- Coachability:You are eager to learn our specific "Process Flow." We have a winning formula; you just need the discipline to follow it
