OSW Group is an Australian-founded distributed energy ecosystem that grew annual turnover beyond AUD $1 billion in 2025, representing more than 100% year-over-year growth. Its renewable energy distribution business achieved over 20% penetration of Australia's residential energy storage market, while GreenSketch, its AI-powered solar infrastructure platform, recorded more than 40,000 projects during the year. GreenDeal also expanded rebate trading activity and reached a reported 21% share of the Australian market.

The group operates from Australia, Singapore, China, Europe, the United States and Mexico, with plans to expand its European distribution reach across nine markets in 2026. OSW supplies photovoltaic panels, inverters, energy-storage systems, mountings, EV chargers, heat pumps and electrical products from international manufacturers. Its Australian operation is supported by warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Townsville. Through One Stop Warehouse, GreenSketch, GreenDeal, Manta and Sunmine, OSW combines wholesale distribution, installer software, energy finance, digital infrastructure and solar-asset tokenisation.
