Data Processing & Analyzing Associate - Outsources (Cue Sheet Processing)

Execute and administer the quality assurance system for the processed metadata in conjunction with the production team to maintain conformity related to reporting of music usage metadata for Networks, Producers, Performing Rights and other Music Copyright Organizations.

Job Duties:

• Verify and review processed metadata for inaccuracies; resolving discrepancies by using standard company procedures (correcting, deleting, or reentering data, etc...) or returning incorrect documents to the relevant team leader for resolution.
• Verifying processed data in the given stricter and the guidelines to ensure accuracy above the company standards.
• Monitor and reviewing performance based on the accuracy of the data processing staff to ensure results are aligned with the company standard
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing established Monthly, Weekly or Daily targets
• Assist data processing staff and quality assurance trainees by providing work related guidance for rules and procedures
• Contribute effectively to discuss team matters at conferences
• Perform other clerical, administrative and miscellaneous duties as required
• Maintaining effective communication with team superiors and other team members and managing the communication skill.

Requirements

• GCE A/Ls or GCE O/L with a certificate or diploma-level qualification
• Good proofreading knowledge
• Sound knowledge on shared Google Drives and email communication
• Ability to work in Google Sheets or Docs with a fine understanding of internet research and computer fundamentals
• Good communication skills in the English language (verbal/written)
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a pressure environment
• Good communication management with the team
• Should be good attitudes with positive manners
• Ability work in the morning hours.
