ORCOM US is looking for an experienced accountant to join our branch in San Francisco.

The supervisor will be responsible of a portfolio of clients in various business industries.

Supervisory Responsibilities included:

• Managing a team of associates
• Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements
• Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information
• Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return.
• Complies with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

We are looking for bright, self-motivated, and reliable individual that enjoy working with a variety of clients and are able to work as a team member and under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or a business related field
• CPA or EA designation is a plus but not required
• French speaker is a plus
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Working experience with QuickBooks accounting software
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with a client service focus
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels with firm and client personnel
• Highly detail-orientated, organized and proactive
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with OR without sponsorship
