We are looking for a Regional Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team, responsible for ensuring our services run smoothly, our volunteer teams are thriving, and more people in need receive our support. The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, ideally within the not for profit sector and working with a large volunteer base.
Requirements
- Cultivate relationships and manage volunteer leadership teams as the primary point of contact for your designated area
- Maintaining the quality and consistency of service, safety, and culture throughout the services in your designated region
- Management & roll out of new shifts and services
- Monitor volunteer satisfaction and develop programs to ensure a great experience
- Relationship management with service providers, partner organisations, local councils, government, funders and other stakeholders
