About the Role
This is a high-impact Executive Assistant role supporting the Founder of a fast-moving, sophisticated investment firm focused on fintech secondaries. The Founder has a demanding, high-standard working style shaped by experience at top-tier investment firms communication is fast, expectations are high, and professionalism is non-negotiable.
This role begins with core Executive Assistant responsibilities but is intentionally designed to grow into broader operations and project management as the firm scales. This is not a junior or task-only EA role. The ideal candidate operates with strong judgment, sharp intuition, and minimal direction.
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves
Native or near-native English fluency (written and spoken)
Strong professional polish and excellent business judgment
Ability to move quickly and operate comfortably in ambiguity
Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or investors
Calm under pressure; proactive and anticipatory by nature
Nice-to-Haves
Background in finance, private equity, venture capital, fintech, or professional services
Exposure to investor relations or limited partner communications
Comfortable working with external vendors and advisors
Interest in growing beyond a traditional EA role
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Own inbox management, including high-judgment filtering and drafting
Manage complex calendars across investors, partners, advisors, and counterparties
Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Handle travel, accommodations, and logistics
Serve as a polished, external-facing representative of the firm
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Draft and manage professional correspondence with:
High-net-worth individuals
Investment partners
Advisors and external counterparties
Ensure all communication is precise, thoughtful, and human
Personal Assistance
Provide light personal administrative support (appointments, reservations, logistics)
Seamlessly integrate personal and professional scheduling
Growth & Expanded Scope
As trust and context build, this role may expand to include:
Operational support and process documentation
Coordination with fund administrators, finance teams, and advisors
Support for investor meetings, events, and materials
Light project management (PR coordination, internal workflows)
Acting as an execution partner to internal operations leadership
