Key Responsibilities

Contract Operations Support

• Review incoming contract and financial documentation
• Confirm completeness of required data fields
• Support contract processing workflows across teams

Documentation & Tracking

• Maintain organized records of processed contracts and invoices
• Update tracking sheets and internal logs
• Ensure documentation aligns with internal standards

Cross-Team Coordination

• Clarify missing or unclear information with internal stakeholders
• Support teams operating across different time zones
• Communicate updates clearly and professionally

Workflow Consistency

• Follow SOPs consistently
• Help document process changes when needed
• Identify minor inefficiencies and escalate appropriately
