What will you do?
Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email)Examine and resolve customer service issuesAddressing customer complaints in a professional and courteousmanner
Ø Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications withcustomers
Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issuesDevelop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics andfocused messaging
Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain marketshare
Work in a consultative manner to ensure expectations and success areachieved
Achieve performance metrics and consistently hit quotaEnsure all business processes and policies are followed with precision,including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology,communication standards, etc.
Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevantteams.
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers,build quick rapport, assess needs and close the saleOwn individual and team revenue quota for hardware and softwareproducts
Desired Attributes for success:
o Preferably 1-year sales, relationship management, customerexperience, or other transferable, experience with 2 yearspreferred.
o Fluent in German and English Language C1 or Native level inboth language.
o Achieve success in a quota-driven, client-focused team salesenvironment.
o Communicate effectively, written and verbally, with accounts,customers, and management.
o Adapt to change, learn quickly, and perform with strong businessacumen.
