Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and bilingual Japanese Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Officepartners360. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding support to our Japanese-speaking clientele while driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese (N1 level) and English, with a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow-up.
Sales Support:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English as needed.
Language Support:
- Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members.
- Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications between Japanese and English.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth customer interactions and order fulfillment.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
