Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of management experience
- 10 Years of experience in supply chain or logistics
- 3–5 years in a management or project leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Experience overseeing high-budget projects (e.g., $5M+), particularly in logistics network expansion, optimization, automation, or routing
- Hands-on experience with logistics operations such as hub/terminal workflows, transportation planning, and workforce optimization
- Strong change management experience, ideally with formal training (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP) focused on operational transformation in a logistics or parcel delivery environment
- Experience collaborating with functions like IT, Engineering, and Facilities, showing the ability to drive tech and infrastructure integrations in logistics settings
- Travel required (estimated 25–50%) to hubs, terminals, and project sites across the region or nationally
- Must be comfortable working in both office and operational settings (e.g., distribution hubs, warehouses)
