ABOUT THE JOB

This position will be responsible for technical product assurance activities relevant to the Solution Network products and programs. This role will have direct accountability for the successful completion of tasks related to managing a new product from concept through initial release as a private preview up to limited availability across multiple strategic initiatives within the organization. This individual will be interacting with sales teams and collaborating on Open Place, MarketPlace, and blueprint efforts to drive new solutions for OneStream’s Solution Exchange. This role will be the leadership position for any potential co-development (called Studio) efforts with partners.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable role with product manager for the creation of new solutions internally and/or with possible Studio co-development partners.
• Advanced interaction with sales and pre-sales for support on POCs, solution build and conceptual proofs with team developers and/or partners.
• Community building participation/leadership such as solution labs, hosting events, conference presentations, customer workshops, blogs, etc.
• Creation of MarketPlace, OpenPlace, and Blueprints for the OneStream Solution Exchange and contribution to improvements in a lean, agile, rapid development SDLC and product development standards, including business case validation.
• Creation of technical content for training and readiness activities.
• First level support for Studio model co-development processes.

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education and Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 12+ years of professional experience in technology and software development/or implementation.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
• Outstanding Microsoft Office Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Expertise working in an Agile development environment.

Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:

• HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
• FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream
• Hyperion Planning
• Hyperion Essbase
• Anaplan
• SAP Outlooksoft BPC
• SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
• IBM Cognos / TM1
• Other EPM solutions
