About Job
We are seeking an experiencedWorkday HCM Functional Consultantto join our team and lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations based on internal requirements.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
- Provide end-user training and develop system documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards.
- Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
- Proven track record of successful Workday implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday tools like EIB, Report Writer.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of localization and compliance requirements across regions.
