We're looking for a Senior Performance Testing Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of our performance and scalability testing strategy.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering
Strong hands-on experience with k6, including scripting, scenario modeling, and analysis
Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript for k6 scripting
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, or similar monitoring and metrics tools
Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, WebSockets, and microservices architectures
Solid experience integrating performance tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed load testing setups
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
