The ideal candidate has a proven record of driving complex, cross-functional technical initiatives and has a strong technical acumen in cloud infrastructure, identity, networking, and security.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent roles
- 5+ years of people management experience leading TPMs or cross-functional technical teams
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale infrastructure, security, or distributed systems programs
- Prior experience in government, defense, aerospace, or national security software environments
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical acumen in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), identity and access management, networking and connectivity architectures, security and compliance, cross-domain solutions, and distributed systems
