Senior Full-Stack / Front-End Developer

We help our customers get identity and access management right. We are now seeking a senior web developer to join our team.

This role focuses on complex development tasks across front-end and back-end systems, ensuring code quality, integration reliability, and web performance.

100% remote - candidate MUST be in Panama

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website features and components based on established architecture
• Implement secure, efficient integrations with analytics and marketing platforms
• Ensure accessibility, SEO, and performance standards are met
• Conduct QA testing and document development processes
• Collaborate with the Tech Manager on implementation details and sprint deliverables

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience with React / Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and SCSS
• Strong understanding of Headless CMSs (Contentful, Strapi, Sitecore, AEM)
• Experience with REST / GraphQL APIs and SQL / NoSQL databases
• Familiar with AWS / Azure and deployment workflows (CI/CD, Git)
• Strong understanding of SEO for developers (SSR, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals)
• Experience integrating Salesforce, Eloqua, ZoomInfo, GTM / GA4, OneTrust, and chat tools
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills
