THE ROLE
The Accreditation Client Managers will, under the responsibility of the Accreditation Director, drive the Accreditation process for On Location vendors involved on the FIFA World Cup 2026™, ensuring a seamless and efficient process is in place across the three Host Countries and 16 Host Cities.
The Accreditation Client Manager will also be responsible for running the event-time Accreditation issue-resolution service, as well as supporting the accreditation director with relevant projects such as quotas, policies and procedures, training, etc. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and communication skills, be well organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and drive continuous improvement to deliver best-in-class Accreditation services for On Location Stakeholders.
Proficiency in English & Spanish is required (spoken & written).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with multiple On Location vendors, driving them through the FWC26 Accreditation process and requirements, and supporting them all along to meet the project’s deadlines.
Collaborate closely with the relevant On Location Functional areas, informing them on the accreditation project’s progress and escalating any access or data collection issues/challenges in a timely manner.
Manage OL’s account on the FIFA Accreditation platform, ensuring thorough data management and reporting to OL stakeholders.
Prepare mass communications, providing clear guidelines for data submission, offering ongoing support for applications, and delivering detailed instructions for Accreditation collection processes.
Run the Accreditation issue resolution system, ensuring issues are logged, dealt with and reported swiftly and effectively, with minimal disruption on tournament operations.
Produce Accreditation training contents for OL stakeholders in collaboration with Workforce Operations Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Communications, Business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in large-scale event operations or projects, demonstrating an ability to multi task and navigate high pressure environments.
Prior involvement in major sporting events, and specifically accreditation, is highly beneficial, with a preference for experience working with large, international teams.
Familiarity with FIFA's operations and working within one of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Host Countries or Cities is highly advantageous.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Must be flexible with work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Domestic travel will be required, with an estimated travel range of 10-15% annually.
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$60,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
