Engineering Manager

Oddin seeks an experienced leader to guide our software engineers. Your role will include driving innovation, adopting new technologies, and enhancing the team's performance to achieve outstanding results. We need a professional who is able to cover even more routine tasks such as code reviews if needed.

Your position on the board

Lead one or two teams of 6-8 engineers to develop and deploy microservices on a low-latency platform using Golang, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, gRPC, and Kafka.

Mentor junior engineering managers to enhance their leadership and management skills.

Manage performance of direct reports, guiding them to define and achieve their growth goals.

Oversee agile ceremonies to ensure timely and predictable delivery of software aligned with the company roadmap.

Continuously evaluate and improve team performance metrics.

Identify areas for improvement in teams, processes, or technologies, and implement strategies to address them.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quant engineers, to ensure alignment and deliver results.

Participate in architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation.
