Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement productivity solutions tailored for digital workers in the banking environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced productivity across our digital workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Business Needs: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance
• Design Solutions: Develop comprehensive that address productivity challenges and enhance digital worker experience.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and solution specifications
• Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the banking and financial sector

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on productivity solutions and digital workforce in the banking industry
• Technical Skills:
• Microsoft M365: Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Azure Cloud Services: Proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Telephony and Telecommunication: Experience with telephony systems and telecommunication technologies, ensuring robust communication solutions.
• Endpoint Design and Management: Strong knowledge of endpoint design, management, and security, including mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection platforms.
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows 11 and similar platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as M365 Certifications, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
