We are looking for a Principal-level cloud architect and technical leader specializing in hybrid and edge cloud architectures, with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack Hub, and Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI).

Acts as the technical authority and lead architect for complex enterprise transformations - owning solution design, guiding delivery teams, and advising C-level stakeholders. Combines hands-on architecture with strategic leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-consistent platforms across on-premises, edge, and Azure environments.

This is a full remote role that can be performed anywhere in Romania.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Architect for Hybrid Cloud Solutions

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise hybrid cloud initiatives
• Design and implement Azure-consistent platforms using:
  • Azure
  • Azure Stack Hub
  • Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI)
• Define reference architectures, landing zones, and design standards
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy

Azure Local & Stack Hub Technical Leadership

• Act as technical lead for Azure Local / Stack Hub deployments across EMEA
• Guide delivery teams through:
  • Architecture design
  • Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • Pilot implementations
  • Production rollouts
• Solve complex challenges in:
  • Disconnected/edge environments
  • Data sovereignty and regulatory constraints
  • High-availability and performance optimization

Hands-on Presales & Technical Advisory

• Lead deep-dive technical engagements:
  • Architecture Design Sessions (ADS)
  • Whiteboarding workshops
  • Executive briefings
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures
• Support strategic deals as lead technical authority, influencing architecture decisions
