  • Du machst aus warmen Leads Kunden und gewinnst sie für November
  • Mit individueller Beratung begeisterst Du Deine gewonnenen Kunden und hilfst ihnen, gut informierte Entscheidungen zum Thema Vorsorge zu treffen
  • Durch aktives Zuhören erkennst Du die Bedarfe und Wünsche Deines Gegenübers und nutzt diese zur individuellen Angebotserstellung
  • Du präsentierst und verkaufst aktiv das Produktportfolio von November und verfolgst Deine Angebote bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

dein profil

  • Berufserfahrung: Du konntest Dein Können bereits im telefonischen Vertrieb (Outbound) erklärungsbedürftiger und digitaler Produkte beweisen, idealerweise im B2C Bereich und hast bereits Erfahrungen mit einem CRM System
  • Background: Indikatoren wie Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Sales und Lead to Sales-Raten sind Dir ein Begriff
  • Was zeichnet Dich aus? Du bist organisiert, durchsetzungsstark, selbstreflektiert, leistungswillig und Resilienz ist kein Fremdwort für Dich
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung: Du möchtest dich mit einem sinnvollen Produkt identifizieren und zufriedene Kunden motivieren dich
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
