Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager for Keonn you'll build customer connections, identify needs, and sell products. You'll manage and nurture relationships with important clients. You'll be the main point of contact for our products and services, ensuring client satisfaction. You'll build relationships, evaluate potential accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You'll communicate with clients improve service and focus on customer satisfaction.

What we deliver

  • High‑performance components – Readers, antennas, multiplexers, splitters and accessories engineered for maximum read accuracy and minimal integration time.
  • Turnkey RFID systems – Tag‑encoding stations, real‑time inventory portals, smart fitting‑rooms, self‑checkout points, and loss‑prevention gates—each managed by our cloud platform, AdvanCloud, or the local API layer, AdvanNet.
  • Actionable data & analytics – Cloud dashboards that surface item‑level visibility, shrinkage alerts and customer‑interaction metrics in real time, empowering clients to reach near‑100 % stock accuracy, cut costs and elevate the shopper experience. Keonn

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic selling plans for assigned target accounts.

  • Lead overall account strategy and execution for target accounts.

  • Work with fellow KAMs on shared target accounts on overall account strategy and execution to achieve objectives.

  • Manage accounts to Keonn financial goals (revenue, margin, products and expense)

  • Grow business and expand products with targeted current customers.

  • Bring on new targeted accounts.

  • Establish high level contacts with all decision makers throughout assigned accounts.

  • Update forecast monthly.

  • Keep customer service and sales admin updated on key opportunities and objectives.

  • Keep production abreast of forecast demand and timing.

  • Update management monthly. Include monthly strategic selling account updates.

  • Inform product management team of customer / prospect needs and market trends.

  • Assist partners with training, end user presentations, system design, management of sales cycle to closure and rollout management.

Key Measures- Expected Results

  • Achieve or exceed revenue quota.

  • Goal: 3X quota in sales funnel

  • Meet or exceed assigned product quotas.

  • Manage controllable expenses to budget.

  • Sales forecast accuracy of 85%

  • Timely updates and reporting to Keonn teams.

  • All of the above for shared Key Accounts

  • Respond to all emails, calls and customer requests within 24 hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in industry

  • Degree Preferred

  • Proven success with end user major account sales and channel management.

  • Technical RFID expertise

  • Expertise in retail RFID uses cases.

  • Experience managing large rollouts.

  • Relationships with retail channel partners, industry associations and end users.
