Requirements
- Extensive global commercial leadership experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device OEM markets.
- Direct experience selling or supporting component or module-level hardware within OEM development cycles, including research instrumentation, diagnostic systems, or hardware-centric MedTech OEM solutions.
- Ability to connect long-term strategy with near-term execution and translate direction into actionable, realistic sales priorities.
- Strong executive presence, analytical depth, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
