Northern is seeking a Paid Media Manager to guide a high-performing team, build data-driven cross-channel media strategies, and ensure consistent, best-in-class campaign delivery. The role involves leading paid media strategy and performance across various platforms, overseeing day-to-day performance, and building and refining reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of digital advertising experience with hands-on campaign management
- 3+ years of performance marketing leadership or people management
- Deep expertise in platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategies that meet measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, tracking, and tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics
- Confident communicator with experience presenting results, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior paid media specialists, ensuring quality and consistency in execution
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple high-complexity accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Advertising, Web Development, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
