We're searching for a Data Operations Specialist who thrives in evolving, collaborative environments where they can work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate for this role is highly organized and brings hands-on CRM (Salesforce) experience paired with advanced spreadsheet skills and an analytical mindset.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, revenue operations, or a related function.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with strong communication skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) data management, reporting, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of month-end financial processes, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, and process documentation (SOPs/Learning Management).
- Collaborative and organized, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks.
