Job Summary

Temporary for 4 years. We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

The duration of this apprenticeship will be split between time on site with a qualified tradesperson and time at college. For more details see the attached Role Profile below.

Apprentice (4 year) Percentage rates

Your basic rate of pay during your apprenticeship will be based on a percentage of Grade 8, as follows:

  • Year 1st 45%
  • Year 2nd 60%
  • Year 3rd 70%
  • Year 4th 85%

To be eligible for this apprenticeship you must live in North Ayrshire.
