Integration Architect Consultant - Oracle Health
The Integration Architect oversees the implementation, support, and upgrades of Oracle Health solutions within an integrated Oracle Health domain. They coordinate design, system validation, implementation, and upgrade activities across all Oracle Health solutions and care settings. The Integration Architect serves as the primary resource for the Oracle Health domain.
Key Responsibilities
The Integration Architect Consultant will perform Oracle Health-related consulting and optimization of information technology services for Nordic clients, including, but not limited to
Oversees and conducts Domain Strategy
Provides expertise in solution functionality and integration to technical teams, acting as the integration expert across solutions and interfaces, and offering troubleshooting and process guidance.
Consults on workflow integration touch points, supporting Clinical and Application Analysts, as well as clinical and business departments.
Ensures design decisions consider all solutions and remain within scope.
Assists in coordinating interface activities with the interface team and offers data conversion/migration expertise.
Responsible for planning and managing the environment/domain.
Drives the system validation process and provides testing guidelines for all testing levels.
Ensures change control processes are established and followed.
Documents the current and future states of major workflows and changes.
Records application or infrastructure changes, current issues, and routine support topics.
Advise on, developing, and adopting standards, policies, and best practices related to Nordic’s Services offerings.
Manage and complete the development of testing scenarios that correlate with client approved workflows and design.
Develop and lead internal Nordic projects.
Help drive the best outcome for the overall EHR strategy by measuring participant growth, knowledge retention and outcomes.
May supervise others
Maintaining strong communications with project leader, manager, and team leader as well as other team and staff members, end-users, and vendors to ensure a productive and cooperative environment
May be invited to attend corporate functions as a representative of the company to meet prospective consultants as well as solidify relationships with clients and Nordic co-workers
Working on business operations projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist with other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested
Skills and Experience
Must embody Nordic’s maxims
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration. Computer Science or related field
Deep expertise in Oracle Health strategy and road-map support.
Prior healthcare IT project-based consulting experience
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in applications, infrastructure, analysis of complex business requirements, system upgrades, workflows, and application capabilities, required
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Must possess the ability to stay ahead of rapidly changing technologies and to interface the various system components to produce effective and efficient solutions
Possess a strong work ethic and treats others with respect, keeps commitments, inspires the trust of others, works ethically and with integrity, and upholds organizational values
Exceptional level of professionalism
Additional Details
Up to 100% travel required; travel and remote work flexibility will be dependent on specific client engagements assigned
Must be accessible and available to perform work functions at any time, including nights and weekends as needed
