We are looking for:

We're seeking a versatile Content Creator who thrives both in front of and behind the camera. You'll be the face of NoGood and NoGood client’s brands, while also crafting the strategy, production, and post-production that brings your content to life. This role demands someone who can seamlessly shift between creating viral TikTok content and producing in-depth YouTube documentaries.

You're a creator who understands that great content starts with great storytelling. You live and breathe internet culture, spotting trends before they peak and knowing how to adapt brand messaging for each platform's unique audience. You're comfortable being on camera while also having the technical chops to handle everything from lighting setup to final edit.

You'll be instrumental in building our brand's digital presence and connecting with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. Your content will directly impact brand awareness, engagement, and business growth while giving you creative freedom to experiment and innovate.

You'll do:

Content Creation & Production

• Develop and star in content across all major platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos
• Own the complete production process: concept development, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and publishing
• Create content ranging from 15-second trend-reactive videos to 20-minute deep-dive explainers
• Transform complex industry topics into engaging, accessible content that drives real business results

Strategy & Collaboration

• Partner with our strategy and social media teams to develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and platform trends
• Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously optimize content approach
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, and emerging creator trends
• Collaborate on campaign-specific content that supports broader marketing initiatives

Brand Storytelling

• Serve as an authentic brand ambassador, bringing personality and relatability to our messaging
• Develop recurring content series and formats that build audience loyalty
• Adapt brand voice and messaging for different platforms while maintaining consistency

You have:

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of content creation experience with a portfolio demonstrating range across short and long-form video, featuring you in front of the camera
• Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• End-to-end production capabilities: comfortable with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software
• Technical proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop required; After Effects/Illustrator strongly preferred)

Creative & Strategic Abilities

• Strong on-camera presence with natural storytelling ability
• Deep understanding of what makes content perform on each platform (hooks, pacing, retention strategies)
• Experience creating content for both personal brands and business accounts
• Ability to translate complex or niche topics into compelling, accessible content

Industry Knowledge

• Native understanding of platform-specific content formats and best practices
• Experience in marketing, tech, or culture-related content spaces preferred
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnail optimization, and audience retention strategies

Nice-to-Have

• Documentary-style interview and filming experience
• Creator collaboration and influencer partnership experience
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Experience with live streaming or real-time content creation

The compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000.
