We are seeking a bold, sales-driven leader to own NIQ’s commercial strategy for a major strategic retailer and serve as a member of the North America Leadership Team. This role is accountable for revenue growth, executive engagement, and sales excellence, orchestrating NIQ’s portfolio to deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, consulting, or commercial roles in retail/CPG;
- Proven success managing $MM portfolios, complex negotiations, and multi-stakeholder contracting;
- Strong AI/data fluency and ability to translate technical solutions into business impact;
- Exceptional executive presence and influencing skills;
- Track record of sales transformation and adoption of modern CRM tools (e.g., Sales Hub);
- Ability to lead matrixed teams and drive cross-functional alignment;
