Senior Retail CS Consultant role involves working with a strategic global retailer as a trusted advisor, linking business questions with data-driven answers. Responsibilities include leading the Insight Agenda, Shadow Service, and building trusting relationships with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills
- Funded experience in Customer Analytics, loyalty card data, shopper insights or analysis of customer behavior
- Solid FMCG expertise as well as understanding of the dynamics between trade and manufacturers
- Proven experience in collaborating with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Experience in working across multiple countries and teams
- High analytical competence (EPOS, RMS, Panel, Loyalty or CPS-like data sets)
- Strong influence and persuasion ability as well as ability to lead without direct authority
