Senior Retail CS Consultant role involves working with a strategic global retailer as a trusted advisor, linking business questions with data-driven answers. Responsibilities include leading the Insight Agenda, Shadow Service, and building trusting relationships with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent German skills and very good English skills
  • Funded experience in Customer Analytics, loyalty card data, shopper insights or analysis of customer behavior
  • Solid FMCG expertise as well as understanding of the dynamics between trade and manufacturers
  • Proven experience in collaborating with senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in working across multiple countries and teams
  • High analytical competence (EPOS, RMS, Panel, Loyalty or CPS-like data sets)
  • Strong influence and persuasion ability as well as ability to lead without direct authority
