Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain our website, landing pages, and other digital assets in Webflow.
• Implement clean, responsive designs with smooth, user-friendly animations.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and adherence to web standards.
• Optimize site speed and technical SEO, including metadata and semantic structure.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to UX, performance, and SEO.
• Use custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creating beautiful, high-performing websites.
• Strong foundation in design fundamentals, including a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color, with the ability to consistently apply these principles across our digital presence.
• Proficiency inFigma for design implementation, including the ability to extract assets, interpret design systems, and collaborate effectively with design teams using Figma's workflow.
• Deep hands-on experience building pages in Webflow, including use of Webflow CMS, and the ability to extend functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven expertise in web animation and micro-interactions that enhance user experience and guide visitors toward conversion actions without overwhelming the design.
• Experience implementing advanced animations using GSAP and integrating them into Webflow projects.
• Data-driven approach to development - someone who actively analyzes Google Analytics, heat maps, and user behavior to suggest and implement improvements to boost conversion rates.
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing implementation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization to maximize lead generation and form completions.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO (semantic HTML, metadata, accessibility) and performance optimization to improve Google rankings, load times, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the ability to set up conversion tracking and goal measurement.
• Excellent time management and proactive communication skills with Upper-Intermediate English or higher to collaborate effectively with our internal marketing team and stakeholders.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Lottie Animation.
