Delivery Consultants collaborate closely with both internal project teams and clients to deliver quality software solutions. A Senior Delivery Consultant has extensive experience consulting with clients to understand their needs and utilizes subject matter expertise to devise solutions for optimization of software deployment. Exhibits expert problem-solving skills to overcome challenges of medium to high-level complexity and adheres closely to software delivery processes while providing excellent customer service to support to customers.
Responsibilities:
Technical Execution
- Learns and stays up to date on knowledge of industry trends and best practices along with Nextworld and Cloud Inventory software, its configuration options, and integration points.
- Designs, develops, and tests application modifications to meet customer requirements.
- Demonstrates ability to explain standard and custom solution components to internal and external stakeholders.
- Guides customers during solution implementation and ongoing solution issue resolution.
- Serves as the primary delivery consultant for one or more customer implementations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborates with client personnel and delivery team members to ensure that proposed solutions and client expectations are congruent.
- Communicates and builds relationships with customers to understand objectives and solution requirements.
- Establishes lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and internal resources.
- Promptly identifies risks and escalates solution issues, ensuring timely updates and communication to project managers and customers.
- Mentors junior Delivery Consultants, as needed.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a technical or business specialty, or equivalent practical experience.
- Necessary Software Delivery experience to perform job responsibilities and fulfill competency expectations.
- 7+ years' experience in the following:
- Previous software delivery or implementation experience, preferably in Enterprise Resource Platforms.
- Advanced functional knowledge of enterprise-grade applications such as Financials, Procurement, Sales, MRP, Warehouse Management, and/or Supply Chain Management System.
Starting Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 per year
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

We build the no-code enterprise application platform (a.k.a. “EAP”) that is used by Nextworld’s customers and partners to create and run enterprise-grade business solutions. We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications — complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.
