On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team.

About the Company

Our client is a Series B climate data and analytics company headquartered in London, providing corporate carbon accounting, supply chain emissions tracking, and ESG reporting software to large enterprises across Europe and North America. With £35m raised and strong enterprise contract growth, they are expanding their product team to accelerate development of their platform's core analytics and reporting capabilities.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will own a key product area within the platform, taking problems from discovery through to delivery and adoption. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and customer success teams to build features that help enterprise clients meet their sustainability reporting obligations and make better carbon reduction decisions.

What You'll Do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for your area, working with engineering and design to prioritise and sequence delivery.

• Conduct customer discovery interviews and translate user needs into clear, well-scoped product requirements.

• Work with data science and engineering teams to deliver analytics features, emissions calculation methodologies, and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive product adoption, gather feedback, and identify expansion opportunities.

• Track product metrics and run experiments to continuously improve the user experience and business impact of your area.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or data-led technology business.

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data models, metrics, and using evidence to drive product decisions.

• Excellent written communication; able to write clear PRDs, user stories, and product narratives.

• Collaborative and curious, enjoys working closely with engineers and data scientists.

• Interest in or experience with sustainability, climate, or ESG is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of £75,000 – £95,000, depending on experience.
