We are seeking a highly skille Dynamics L3 Support Specialist to join us on a high-impact project for a leading client in the automotive industry.
The Dynamics L3 Support Specialist is the escalation point for complex technical issues affecting the Dynamics domain.
This role ensures platform stability, resolves deep-rooted incidents, and can pick-up identified bugs and improvement tickets for the Digital and Customer Engagement teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated incidents for Microsoft Dynamics from L1/L2 teams, especially those involving integrations, backend logic, or performance degradation.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into recurring issues and propose long-term fixes.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and product owners to triage bugs, validate fixes, and support release cycles.
- Work closely with BA’s to prioritise improvements for the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
- Build stand-alone improvements (not needing HQ support).
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:
- Degree in IT, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customisations (plugins, JavaScript, workflows).
- Familiarity with CRM and customer support processes.
- Based in one of the following countries: Czechia, Slovakia, Poland or Hungary
- Strong communication skills in English(spoken and written)
