The Role:
As a Project Manager & Data Engineer at Nexer Insight, you will work in a dynamic role combining technical work with project management. You will lead and manage projects from start to finish while also being involved in the technical work of designing, building, and optimizing data warehouses and data platforms. Together with our motivated engineers and in close collaboration with our customers, you will create innovative solutions within Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning. Our clients come from various industries, and your role will be crucial in helping them achieve business value through a data-driven strategy.
In this role, you will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and with high quality, while continuously improving methods within our Agile teams. Your technical expertise will be utilized to build robust data pipelines and structures, while you monitor project progress, quality, and collaboration between all involved parties.
We are looking for someone with:
- Solid hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence, data platforms, and data warehouses
- At least a few years of experience in project management, preferably with experience in Agile methods
- Experience in leading system development projects and technical teams
- Experience with cloud solutions and data technology, as well as working with advanced analytics and Machine Learning
- Deep understanding of technical challenges and the ability to communicate them effectively with both the team and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving oriented with a strategic outlook on development projects
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
