We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developerwith ITSM, ITOM and CMDB experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. The candidate must possess a Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow and have specific experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, ITOperations Management (ITOM), and Asset Management.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance

• This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production problems related to the ServiceNow platform

• Review code, ensure quality standards are met, and provide technical guidance to the development team

• Manage development projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery timelines

• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades

• Coach and mentor junior ServiceNow developers, transferring knowledge and best practices

• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management modules to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Implement and manage ITOM processes, including event management, discovery, and service mapping.

• Optimize asset management processes within ServiceNow to track and manage IT assets effectively

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• The candidate must possess a Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow and have specific experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification from ITOM modules preferred (CIS: Event Management, CIS : Discovery, CIS : Service Mapping) or ITAM Module (CIS: SAM , CIS: HAM)

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development, including scripting languages and architecture

• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage complex projects, and make technical decisions

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management

• Specific experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
