We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused sales professional to join Bluehost as a key partner. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our agency ecosystem by identifying new opportunities, onboarding partners seamlessly, and helping agencies unlock the full value of Bluehost’s platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where success is measured by your ability to grow revenue, deepen adoption, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.

  • Conduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilizetools like 6sense and Outreach.io toidentifyand target digital agencies and freelancers.  

  • Onboard New Agencies: Facilitatethe seamless onboarding of new agencies onto the Bluehost platform, ensuring they are well-integrated and supported.

  • Cultivate Agency Relationships: Build andmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with digital agencies to foster partnerships.

  • IdentifySales Opportunities: Analyze digital agencies' business models and client types to uncover potential sales opportunities.

  • Manage Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of agencies, uncovering net-new salesopportunitiesincreasing adoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management.

  • Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.

  • Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope.

  • Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, anddemonstratingexceptional communication.

  • Close Sales with Integrity: Apply robust sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales ethically.

  • Industry & Product Experience:General knowledge around hosting,WordPressand Cloud solutions.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstratedexperience in outbound sales, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle.

  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with digital agencies and their clients.

  • Analytical Ability: Proficiencyin understanding the business models of digital agencies andidentifyingsales opportunities.

  • Account Management Skills: Experience in managing a book of business and growing adoption & revenue.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Persuasive and effective in both verbal and written communication.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Extraordinary ability to thrive, multitask, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

  • High Ethical Standards: Strong integrity in sales and customer relationships.
