Adjunct Teaching Associate of Interactive Media Arts (IMA) provides comprehensive support to students in foundation and capstone courses, delivering academic guidance, technical assistance, and creative mentorship. They also maintain IMA's technical infrastructure and contribute to its scholarly community. This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 24 hours per week.

Requirements

Master's degree in a related field such as media arts, emerging media, human-computer interaction design, computational arts, etc.
Experience in Interaction Design, Physical Computing, Digital Fabrication, Time-based Media Production, Web-based Creative Coding, or related fields
Strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Knowledge of programming languages and software such as Arduino, Processing, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, P5.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
