New Era Technology is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Associate Director Level) to lead transformation efforts for global enterprises. This role offers strategic leadership, hands-on expertise, and the opportunity to drive impactful SAP SuccessFactors programs. Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors
- 7+ years of SuccessFactors implementation & consulting experience
- Proven Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting
- Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications
- Broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite
- Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs
- Solid consulting background in SuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design
- Proven Project Management expertise with ability to lead end-to-end programs
- Pre-Sales experience in RFP responses, estimations, client presentations, and demos
- Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary
- Mentoring, training, and leading junior consultants
- Managing Proofs of Concept, solution demos and creation of sales collaterals
- Maintaining a strong relationship with SAP
- Contributing to thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, and webinars.
