Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead developers in software design, development, and deployment, enforcing best practices.

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Oversee end-to-end SDLC, including design, planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.

• Innovation and Strategy: Integrate advanced technologies and modular software design principles.

• Client Collaboration: Understand client needs to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing processes to ensure software quality and performance.

• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance development processes through feedback and emerging technologies.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and opportunities for innovation to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Expertise in scalable and modular software architecture.

• Proficient in Java (JavaSE 6+), Spring, SQL (Oracle/MySQL), CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, JQuery, Hibernate, Maven, Git/SVN, UI/UX design.

• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

• Knowledge of software testing and automation frameworks.

• Telecom or revenue protection domain experience is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.

• Effective collaborator within cross-functional teams.

• Adaptability in dynamic project environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in software development, with 3+ years managing teams.

• Strong proficiency with Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Web Services (WSDL).

• Practical knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

• Experience in NoSQL technologies (Aerospike, KeyDB).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
