This is a remote position.
We are looking for anAI-Native Creative Designer & Multimedia Editorto help NetForemost produce high-quality visual content across short-form videos, long-form videos, images, carousels, animations, social media assets, YouTube content, ads, thumbnails, presentations, and other digital formats.
This is not a traditional graphic design or video editing role.
We need someone who can combinestrong visual taste, fast execution, AI-powered workflows, and content thinkingto help us turn ideas into polished, engaging, conversion-oriented creative assets.
This person will work closely with ourAI-Native Content & Lead Generation Manager, who will lead content strategy, messaging, publishing, and performance reporting. The Creative Designer & Multimedia Editor will help bring those ideas to life visually and make sure every piece of content looks professional, clear, engaging, and aligned with the NetForemost brand.
The ideal candidate is a modern creative operator: someone who can design, edit, animate, experiment with AI tools, repurpose content quickly, and improve creative output based on feedback and performance.

What You’ll Own
You will own the creative production and editing process for NetForemost’s content engine.
This includes:
Designing visual assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, ads, landing pages, and campaigns
Editing short-form and long-form videos
Creating thumbnails, carousels, reels, clips, animations, and branded visuals
Using AI tools to speed up design, editing, ideation, image generation, animation, and repurposing
Turning content ideas, scripts, and briefs into professional multimedia assets
Helping maintain a consistent and recognizable NetForemost brand style
Supporting the Content & Lead Generation Manager with fast, high-quality creative production
Improving creative quality based on feedback, engagement, and business goals
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Visual Production
Create high-quality visual content for multiple channels, including:
LinkedIn posts and carousels
YouTube thumbnails
Blog graphics
Social media graphics
Presentation visuals
Lead magnets
Case study visuals
Ad creatives
Website and landing page graphics
Educational diagrams and explainers
Brand templates and reusable visual systems
Translate complex software, product, and business topics into visuals that are easy to understand and attractive to decision-makers.
Video Editing & Multimedia Content
Edit and produce video content for different formats, including:
Short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other channels
Long-form YouTube videos
Podcast-style clips
Founder-led videos
Educational videos
Product explainers
Testimonial videos
Webinar or interview clips
Motion graphics and simple animations
Responsibilities may include:
Cutting raw footage into polished videos
Adding captions and subtitles
Improving pacing and storytelling
Adding B-roll, screenshots, graphics, transitions, and effects
Creating hooks and visual patterns that improve retention
Creating platform-specific versions of the same content
Adapting one long-form video into multiple short clips
AI-Powered Creative Workflow
Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and creative output.
This may include using AI for:
Image generation
Video editing support
Background removal
Caption generation
Motion graphics assistance
Voice cleanup
Script-to-video workflows
Creative concepting

We are looking for someone who can build a repeatable creative system, not just create one-off assets.
Brand Consistency & Creative Systems
Help build and maintain NetForemost’s visual identity across digital content.
This includes:
Creating reusable templates for social media, videos, thumbnails, and presentations
Maintaining consistency in typography, colors, layout, tone, and visual hierarchy
Organizing design files, video assets, and creative resources
Helping develop creative guidelines for future content production
Ensuring all content feels professional, modern, and aligned with NetForemost’s positioning
Collaboration with Content & Marketing
Work closely with the AI-Native Content & Lead Generation Manager to execute the content calendar.
You will help turn strategic content ideas into finished creative assets by:
Reviewing content briefs
Suggesting visual concepts
Producing graphics and videos
Editing content for clarity and engagement
Creating multiple creative versions for testing
Supporting campaigns, launches, and lead generation initiatives
Supporting caIncorporating feedback from leadership, sales, and marketing
Requirements
Required QualificationsProven experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, or content creation
Strong visual design skills and good creative taste
Experience editing both short-form and long-form video
Experience creating content for social media, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention
Experience using AI tools for creative production, design, editing, animation, or image generation
