your mission

We’re strengthening our presence in EMEA and hiring two Sales Development Representatives: one focused primarily on the French market, one primarily on the German market. You’ll be on the ground floor of the EMEA SDR team and are critical to the continued growth of the region. You will be able to help shape a validated playbook, not just run it, and partner with AEs to win new strategic customers across the region. Location: Europe (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high‑quality top‑of‑funnel for your territory (France or DACH).
  • Convert signals (intent, partner intel, events, web visits) into executive‑level meetings.
  • Qualify those meetings into opportunities for the AE team to close.
  • Execute inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, Linkedin) and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene.
  • Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and outreach; share messaging and win stories with the team.
  • Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity targets; contribute ideas that improve reply rates and conversion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • French OR German: native or near‑native fluency, plus professional English.
  • 1 year as an SDR/BDR or related experience.
  • Clear, concise writing and confident phone/video presence.
  • Discipline with tools and process; comfortable working with a CRM and Sales Execution platform (or willingness to learn)
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient. We measure outcomes, not dials. “Busy” ≠ productive
  • Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel attend industry events on occasion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or the SAP ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with ABM (6sense, Demandbase), CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), Sales Execution (Outreach, Salesloft, Groove)
  • Track record of successfully generating meetings with enterprise companies
