Functional Analyst (IT Equity Derivatives Technology)

We are looking for a Functional Analyst IT – Equity Derivatives Technology to join our team. The role will involve acting as a functional representative within the area of Equity Derivatives Technology, collecting and analyzing requirements from Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations, and translating business needs into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Markets, Structured Products, or Derivatives
• Previous experience in functional roles within technology teams (requirements gathering, functional design, UAT, delivery tracking)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes, including interaction with Middle Office and Operations
• Ability to understand system architectures, data flows, and integrations (no programming experience required)
• Fluent English, minimum level B2
