As a member of the Banking Sales organization, activities and objectives will be focused on winning new strategic business. These solutions are complex enterprise solutions that provide high value to our customers.

  • Position responsible for sellingbankingsolutions andmanagedservices to increase NCR's market share and profitability
  • TargetsCommunity Financial Institutionsat senior and executive levels in a geographic territory
  • Accountable for building relationships with existing and prospective new customers
  • Involves cold calling and generating customer interest to drive penetration of new accounts
  • Executesthe sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel(Salesforce proficiency a positive)
  • Createsaccountandopportunity plans, including sales strategiestodrive the sales funnel and engagement for your territory
  • Participates in and helps deliver monthly and quarterly customer business reviews
  • Securesbudgetfunding for future initiatives at theclientexecutive level
  • Defines and createscustomer needs and NCR's ability to meet those needs through banking solutions
  • Servesas the liaison between the customer andthe company for resolving conflicts and driving overall customer satisfaction
  • Createssolution offersand proposal developmentto align with customer needs
  • Articulates solutions in terms of ROIand business caseto the client
  • Collaborates with team members to learn and leverage collective knowledge
  • Utilizesteam members including pre-sale technical professionals, post-sale delivery professionalsand management to achieve business objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, technical or business discipline strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience by selling Hardware-, Software- and Services-solutions in the financial industry
  • Proven success in solution sales environment, including achieving quota and other quantitative objectives
  • Demonstrated success in managing account relationshipsand developing new account opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills--oral, written and presentation
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstrated proactive leadership
