Due to growth, we are adding this Sr. Copywriter to our Marketing Communications department
We are unable to offer remote work to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
The Senior Copywriter will develop content across a wide range of channels, including but not limited to: webpages, social media, blogs, online articles, print advertising, etc. The Senior Copywriter will craft thoughtful, compelling copy that drives engagement and helps support the business goals around acquisition, retention, go-to-market, and brand awareness, and is able to do so using multiple voices based on the target audience.
The Senior Copywriter will craft thought-provoking content, actively engage with subject matter experts, and research industry topics as appropriate to create messaging that is both meaningful and easy to understand.
You are a natural at interpreting project briefs and incorporating insights into compelling concepts and persuasive language, while remaining on strategy and on brand. You can write in a variety of “voices” to reflect a wide range of brand guidelines for clients and audiences.
The Senior Copywriter will concept, write, and edit content with a focus on creating and using a clear, concise, recognizable brand voice across all marketing channels and collateral. They will work as part of the Brand & Creative Services team and will collaborate with the larger Marketing and Communications team - reporting to the leader of Brand and Creative Services.

How do I make an impact on my team?
- Write compelling copy for a variety of collateral and deliverables, including print and digital assets.
- Proof and edit copy.
- Coordinate with project manager and design resource to manage and complete multiple projects concurrently
- Ensure that copy and marketing deliverables meet and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Maintain standard(s) on brand voice and tonality across multiple audiences and market segments
- Present to leadership and gain buy-in when applicable.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with relevant stakeholders.
What our team expects from you?
- BA in English, Business, Journalism, Communications or another relevant field.
- 5-7 years’ experience as a copywriter for an in-house creative team or agency setting (freelance experience also welcome)
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, with a portfolio of campaign work available.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management systems like Workfront, ProofHQ, Lytho, etc. and/or a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, content editing, and concepting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
