At Navitus, our team members work in an environment that celebrates diversity, fosters creativity and encourages growth. We welcome new ideas and share a passion for excellent service to our customers and each other.

Pharmacy residency programs develop key competencies for pharmacists. Key skill sets and knowledge learned in pharmacy school is applied to a specific pharmacy practice. In this one-year residency, the program helps build the resume of a pharmacist seeking a career in managed care pharmacy. The pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical care to members working with middle-market employer groups and their pharmacy benefit program.
