Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential mortgage underwriting experience
- Active FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) certification
- Proficient in Encompass LOS, CoreLogic FraudGuard, and AUS systems (DU, LPA, Total Scorecard)
- Strong working knowledge of Agency and FHA guidelines
- Skilled at income calculation for self-employed borrowers
- Experience with Non-QM or alternative documentation loans preferred
