Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- ~8 years of hands-on manual and automated testing, or ~6 with an advanced degree
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with rapid iteration cycles and CI/CD-driven release processes
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Proven experience testing across mobile and web platforms
- Experience with UI automation tools and API/backend testing experience
- Experience with performance and load testing tools and security testing fundamentals
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, and hands-on with databases
- Experience with message queues and streaming systems, and proficiency with Git
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools and clear bug reporting practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to partner closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers
- Self-driven, problem-solving mindset and experience working in FinTech, banking, trading, or other highly regulated environments
- Hands-on experience or strong demonstrable interest in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 products
