Support MHS organizational performance through facilitation and coordination of improvement activities to develop MHS leaders and their ability to succeed in direct alignment with the MHS mission, vision, and key organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program
- Upper division coursework towards Bachelors’ degree in relevant subject matter (e.g. Process Improvement, Operations Management, Quality, Supply Chain)
- Facilitation/performance improvement experience (class projects, work experiences) or training
- Knowledge of change management models and concepts preferred
- Training, coursework or experience facilitating problem solving work sessions, or experience working in a corporate environment where these tools and methods were used preferred
- Experience working in corporate environment preferred
